I’m Trevor, I’ve spent 17 years in the creative field doing some pretty fun stuff. Here’s what I’ve been up to the last decade or so.
I developed the creative direction and global scaling strategy for the ads-based Kindle and Fire Tablets program, pitching brands on the advantages of advertising within the customer device experience and our owned and operated channels.
I drove the creative vision for Amazon MP3's push into streaming with the launch of Prime Music.
Leadership was so impressed with the success of that event that we next launched an expansive, premium streaming music service a couple years later with Amazon Music Unlimited.
I then wandered over to Prime Video for two years, where I scaled a production team and drove the launch of Thursday Night Football on Prime Video.
After some time with TV and movies, I wanted to get back to my love of design and music, where I evolved our brand and scaled Amazon music’s creative capabilities.
After a few years back with Amazon Music, it was time for a major facelift and new creative strategy. I hopped on a plane a handful of times and coordinated with an agency in Berlin, where we hashed out a new identity. The work was creatively enriching, and I also ate lots of schnitzel and tried white asparagus!
